I have never heard of it and just looked it up and it looks interesting.

Back in 2009, I worked with an EMDR trained therapist. And combined with new psychiatric medications, I found the EMDR to be helpful with my anxieties that I had been suffering from for years. It was exciting for me because finally I wasn't a nervous wreck anymore. It was a relief.

Just so everyone knows, EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
