I been taking prozac as my anti-anxiety medication. Its not working out well.My anxiety has gotten worse. I tend to have tense feelings they sure are severe. I been walking on eggshells of my medication. I need some help and advice also I tried taking a deep breath and counting to ten. I tried listening to music but it doesn't help I been trying everything so my last option is to go to see my doctor who might have ways of me coping with my anxiety.
