Esophageal Spasm?

anybody get this as a part of anxiety package? Happens to me from time to time and it's scary because it feels like heart attack.

I have gotten it and thought I was having an asthma attack. When I have had any kind of esophegeal spasm I usually cannot stop a panic attack. I think the only way to not be scared is to know it happens and that it will pass. I have the hardest time staying calm but I am working on it
