What do ppl on here take for nausea from anxiety?

I know what the core is... fear of social anxiety which I become nausea and afraid get sick infront ppl. Which I’m facing by exposure. But just wondering what ppl took to lower the nausea or dry heaving as well my appetite is gone

It would be like a miracle to get rid of the nausea physical symptom. As I can face my social fears and calm myself down but with the physical symptom of dry heaving is runing my life. I hope somewhere on here as had this before. It’s not so much rite down in stomach but just lingers in my mouth and could urge anytime
