What's wrong with me?

I don't know why but for the past 2 months I've been feeling not like
myself. I've been very anxious, confused, and constantly second
guessing everything in my life. I've been having a really hard time
focusing on my school work. In fact, I've seriously considered either
quitting or taking time off. I've been isolating myself from people,
not going to classes, making up excuses so that I don't have to hang
out with friends, and just staying at home either lying in bed, or watching tv, or not doing anything just wasting time. At times, I'm filled with so
much nervous energy, heart beating fast and all these worries
bombarding me all of a sudden that I don't know what to do. I've
never felt this way in my life! I don't know what's wrong with me.

hi bella, have you spoken to anyone about how you feel? if you talk to your parents or to a doctor they should be able to offer advice and help, you shouldn't have to suffer through this stuff on your own :)
