Hi Everyone!
I'm new on this site. Was a long time member of another one, but I guess it's not around anymore.
I've struggled with anxiety and panic I guess now for 16 years or longer. I've kind of learned what it is and how to handle it, but I still need my meds. I really wish I didn't, but I do.
So , just wanted to introduce myself and say Hi! :)
