Posting guidelines question

I tried to post but one was held back for viewing by a moderator and after posting without it being held I tried to re-post the first one (sorry mods!!).

Why are some held and others not?

Is there another criteria? lol Some replies are held for approval while others aren't and I did create 2 new threads but 1 was held for approval.
