tightness/heaviness in upper chest/shoulders

anybody can relate with tightness/heaviness in upper chest? I feel like upper chest and shoulders are so heavy...like somebody was putting both hands from behind on you shoulders and was pressing down, dow to the ground... :(

I got that feeling, up to the neck too.

Out of curiosity, do you guys do sports? Or eat Healthy? Or got any bad habbit?

In my case, I'm trying to stop smoking right away.

I eat healthy and try to do some exercise.
