I came on here to ask real people with problems like me to help me tell others about my somniphobia ( fear of sleeping ) at first I thought it was insomnia but today when my mom's boyfriend gave me medicine for my cold and said it would make me sleepy I freaked out and pored the stuff he gave me down the drane, he found out what i did and made me drink some and I relized that I was afraid to fall to sleep.
I am hoping some one can help me tell my parents how I feel so they will get me help because I don't think they will believe me, because they never did when I told them I was having problems falling asleep or they just ignored me when I told them.
