Hello I'm new to the forum, reason I joined is because of abuse of multiple types, which lead to anxiety issues. This is the 3rd time I'm trying to make a thread I'm using a phone so my fingers hurt. Lost a very long thread.

I've read the forum rules and it said you are not allowed to hand out personal information. Does that mean I'm not allowed to talk about my past?
