Hello everyone,

My name is Ryan, and I'm a 16 year old boy. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to everyone.

A little bit about me:

I have really bad anxiety and mild depression.
I'm on Zoloft 50mg for this.
I get scared over random things for no reason and overreact to little problems.
Constantly scared but don't know why and randomly sad some days.
And some physical symptoms such as cold hands, headaches, etc.

I'm going to be posting a thread later today asking for some advice to deal with some of my issues.

Hi, Ryan! I also suffer from anxiety and depression but mine is on/off. My anxiety is not as severe as yours, but the other day I had an attack at my college which was kind of scary. I've been working with a doctor, and I hope that one day I will be rid of all my issues.
