Hello, I'm Richard

I'm trying out this online forums thing as a way of getting my anxiety under control without resorting to more therapy (financial concerns).

I've been dealing with my anxiety on and off for the past few years. I went to brief therapy sessions about 5 years ago to help me learn some CBT techniques. It helped me recover from my health anxiety at the time, but I still suffer from other forms of anxiety that crop up.

Hopefully I can help sort out my thoughts and feelings on this board.
