...but not new to anxiety. I am a 43 year old woman who has struggled with anxiety since my early teens. My late mother struggled with bi-polar disorder, anxiety and addiction, which ultimately took her life. I am sure my issues with anxiety are a blend of genetic and growing up in an explosive environment. She did her best, however you can imagine the ups and downs took a toll on my nervous system. I look forward to taking comfort and giving comfort when I can!
