Hi - sufferer and studier!

Hello,

I have suffered from anxiety, depression and emetophobia most of my life. I'm now a masters student and am doing a dissertation so joining the forum is two-fold for me. Along with support I'm hoping to recruit participants for my research. I'll create a separate post for that once I've received my ethics, which could be any day now.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you hopefully.

Thank you! The inclusion criteria are:
> between 25 and 60
> been discharged from any psychological therapy (CBT etc) within the last 12 months

It involves completing three questionnaires on survey monkey. They're ready now but I'm still waiting for my ethics back so cannot start just yet.

And I cannot use myself! haha
