Hi all, I started having panic attacks last year when things got crazy at work. I’ve been searching for ways to manage them ever since. I’ve had some success with meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and by doing several courses on stress management, as well as through having a very supportive wife. Looking forward to hearing your stories and thoughts on how to manage better, and sharing mine with you.

Hi golgie like yourself i have a very supportive wife that's probably the biggest help i can have she always has the time to listen to me and give me understanding i also have been seeing an psychologist over the last two year's to try and help with my anxiety and panic attacks i suffer from i also suffer from post traumatic stress disorder but welcome to the forum and hope you get strength by speaking to people who understand how you're feeling
