My wife was just diagnosed with late stage liver cancer and we have to drive 1,400 miles to sell a second home and everything in it. I am a disabled military veteran and dont know how I can cope without my wife.
I am so stressed I have not slept in three nights, cant eat and am in total anxiety torture. I am meditating 4 or 5 times a day, exercising and nothing is turning the stress down.
My anxiety was doing really well for the past 10 years until this - anyone have any suggestions
