Hi there,
Ive never done this but i am going to keep it short and simple. My parents are divorced and have been for 3 years. I live with my mom and never even slept over at my dads. i also have an anxiety disorder. I am sleeping at my dads tmrw night and was wondering if anyone had any advice for me.

I know this whole situation seems ridicoulous. It does to me too. I honestly just need advice and help I have always struggled with anxiety and am recently medicated and am feeling much better, living my life and just basically enjoying everything the world has to offer. This is the one thing I havent been able to do and I just need to do it. Not to "win" against my anxiety but for other reason i'd rather not discuss.
