I’m new to the whole world of anxiety. I just experienced my first attack a few months ago and I feel like it comes and goes for me. Recently I started school again and all my classes are online except this one that meets in person. I’m having so much anxiety about going into this classroom with 7 other people for an hour and a half its insane. I feel like I'm going insane I know its all in my head and that nothing bad is going to happen there and its all going ok be ok but, taking that first step is the hardest. Does anyone else feel like this?
