Have had some high anxiety the last week due to some family health issues, although I've been told they are fine and will be released in a few days I still find it hard to wake up and go to the gym in the morning before work, I have recently transferred to another store for work and it's stressful enough being in a busy retail/sales job, don't find i have much of an appetite until much later in the day. I take a .25MG clonazapam usually after work to help the stress before i go to sleep or break half of the .25mg before work to help me. Just wondering if anyone has tips to try and get back into my normal daily routine whether they are diet/food tips or mental exercises to help feel less stressed and keep my mind busy while working or when at home. I just find it's hard to listen to music, do hobbies or read to keep my mind busy when I finally get home in the evening, so any tips would help!
