Hi
I am from Perth Australia I am married with two beautiful girls 6 an 4
Have been diagnosed with ADHD ,anxiety and depression
Started with the anxiety about a year ago
Currently on vyvnase 30mg and sertaline 200mg a day
and also take 15mg of mirtazpine at night to help me sleep.
My problem is I am still getting anxiety panic attacks about once a month,
Looking for some help as just as I feel I am going good it hits me again
