Invisible Trembling

Has anybody experienced invisible trembling?
I mean at night I can feel my hands or legs or my body trembling but I can't notice from outside.

Is this common. Has anybody experienced the same and does it have a explaination.

when I get panic attack I'm having very strong internal trembling/tingling/tremors in hands and legs. Not nice feeling almost overwhelming.

I experience this nearly every time I feel anxious. I don't know if there is an explanation for it or not sorry...
