Hiya everyone, just a quick message to introduce myself.
My names Matt and I've been suffering with anxiety for years now. I've joined this forum to discuss the issues with others, because to be frank, I've let it become such as massive part of my life now.

Not sure I'm we're allowed to post links here, I apoligise if I've broken any rules by doing that. Blog is all about me and my life experiences with anxiety and how it's affected members of my family. It's fairly new so don't expect a great deal just yet. Hope you get a better understanding of who I am from the blog.
