bizarre episodes of waking suddenly

Hi all

At the moment my head and neck feel very tight and tense. I also get sharp pains in my head which feel a bit like a nerve suddenly becoming white hot. Generally my head feels like a lump of concrete and the back of my neck is constantly stiff. I'm also suffering from recurring and slightly bizarre episodes of waking suddenly during the night with what feels like an electric pulse going through my head. When it happens I actually feel like I'm on the verge of death! Its a really odd sensation as my head is tells me my numbers up and its incredibly intense for a few seconds and then passes. I then lay for about 15 minutes or so to allow my heart to slow back down to a normal level so that I can get back to sleep. Anyone else experience anything like this?

I did, still do not much but. It felt like my bed was shaking...
sh!t feeling i know.. make sure your relaxed before your sleep.
Some times when your fully relaxed you can have some panic.

mmm this happened again last night. Felt like I was having a stroke or something but passed as always. I should perhaps speak to my GP about it and maybe ask for a CT scan or something.
