Hi everyone! The link below is a fairly new website that looks to tackle issues on anxiety, negativity and depression through podcasts and videos. Note that our members aren't professionals and are ordinary people like everyone else here. We have our own problems and challenges in life which we talk about in the videos. There are already quite a few podcasts made so you could check those out. Most videos are available through the YouTube channel (link available on the website if you're ever interested). We're just trying to discuss our thoughts and opinions so this is very subjective but we are willing to hear other opinions.

We aim for a rather chill environment where people could be more vocal about their problems. I always found talking more effective than typing so that's the reason why I started the podcast. If you have a moment to spare, check it out. If it's for you, join us as new videos are made over time (life can get in the way) and there isn't anything you have to commit other than investing some time.
