I just ordered Linda Bassett's taped sessions for anxiety. It's pricey, but so far listening to the tapes I have found them to be very useful. I believe the price I'm paying for the program, are much less expensive than visits to doctors/therapists in the long run. I continue my venture in healing without medications and pray that one day my anxiety will be gone forever.
