I wanted to share a blog post on the topic of Tai Chi as an aid to reduce Anxiety. I feel that although Tai Chi or spiritual practice can help it is really a change of the thought process that is the major factor in reducing anxiety. I hope you find this short post useful. They actually conducted studies ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24078491 here and the outcomes were postive​ but still needed a more through study but it shows that yes it can be helpful.
