Hi, ya'll. I'm J, and I suffer from anxiety. I was diagnosed w/ it last year. I really hate feeling this way. Annoys me cause it only hits me when I have free time, and usually when I'm alone.
I'm a stage-actor by trade. I can perform in front of hundreds of people w/ no trouble, but the sad-irony of my life is that I can't get five minutes of peace by myself w/out my heart racing a mile a minute.
