Hey everyone, I wanted to start this thread for anyone to post suggestions of any useful videos or channels they have found through youtube.

When I was at the height of my depression and anxiety I found a channel called bignoknow (https://www.youtube.com/user/bignoknow). I found him extremely relatable and the content he shared got me through some really dark times. I feel as though many people on this forum could benefit from his content and I highly suggest you all check it out.

Anybody else have some good suggestions?

I like Alan Watts' stuff a lot. The channel is called "Tragedy & Hope" (it has other people on there) but things like this:

P.S. I just watched that again and there's some stuff on "God".. I read you're a Christian so I hope these ideas don't offend you! I respect everyone's religion (as long as it's peaceful) and try to stay out of any arguments because it's a very personal thing.

Gypsylee that is an awesome video, I immediately subbed. A little different from what I was expecting but I love those kind of videos. Thanks for sharing! Any other ones by him you recommend as priority?

That gave me chills what a good way to start the day! The name is familiar, is he a philosopher or something?
