Static Vision

Does anyone experience staticky vision or waves? I see it in my peripheral vision especially my left eye. If I look straight ahead I can see "static" in the corner of my eye. I don't notice it when I'm keeping busy (of course) but was just curious if it's happened to anyone else.

When my heart is beating faster it's like I see this pulsing in my eyesight. I have no vision issues other than that. I can see perfectly find. I do see little dots of light once in a while but I've always had that problem. Saw a retinal specialist this last summer and everything was good.

I always seem to have a copious amount of eye floaters and little flashes of light in my vision at night, but I have been checked like yourself and the ophthalmologist did not see any issues. I'm sure what you are experiencing is anxiety related :)

I don't have a static visions problem I don't think anyway, but when I'm anxious, I can sometimes totally lose my peripheral vision (and have tunnel vision). I also double visions when I'm in a manic phase. I've had some crazy visual disturbances over the years but luckily they ALWAYS go away on their own. I would worry too much about it unless its something that won't go away, then I would see a doctor.

Just wanted to quickly say.. I misread your posting, in that you've already seen a specialist so for that I'm sorry. I suppose if it doesn't go away you might want to look into getting a second opinion.
