Hi there,
Im new and wanted to introduce myself. Ive been suffering from anxiety and panic disorder and mild ocd for about 20 years now. I do take meds but sometimes i still get it all in the full blown proportion! Im going to make a sepearate post in hopes someone can calm me down a bit. Today is a horrible day for me. Thanks for accepting me here!!!
