I don't have the space to follow those directions.

Can anyone else list those books?

I don't understand. Is this a place to recommend books to other members of the forum? If so, I have some recommendations to make. :)

I'm a huge fantasy nerd. I'll check Throne of Glass out, thanks for the suggestion. Did you read any Brandon Sanderson books? Mistborn thrilogy is amazing.

For Social Anxiety, I highly recommend "Become A Networking Ninja" on Amazon. It's an ebook that helps you talk to ANYONE

I thought you were going to recommend the Mantra Magnets sales brochure.

That was going to be my second recommendation.

Are we ever going to get a picture of you wearing them? I'd like to see what they look like.

Try reading this book " The Power of Positive Thinking" - by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. It's very helpful and you will learn a lot about being optimistic in life.

Hi Camille ... The only way I can read books on positive thinking is to first understand that Happiness Trap - Re the Happiness Trap by Dr. Russ Harris - It kind of goes both ways. :)

The 3 Happiness Myths (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93LFNtcR1Ok)

That said ... I am now taking in the first chapter of your recommendation Camille. I am into affirmations and thus understand the power of positive thinking. I'm just very wary of things like bliss and joy as typically understood.

Will also check yours out as well TAJ11 - TY

I've been thinking a lot about positive thinking of late.

Part of me respects the Eastern view, that we should see life as it is and learn to accept it. Another part of me realizes we're contributors to this game called life, and our minds are capable of energizing and inspiring us when we need to get through difficult times or achieve a goal.

I'm still looking for that sweet spot between the two. Looking forward to cracking on with Dr. Russ' book as I'm a noob to ACT.
