Sick

I've been sick and in bed most of the day. I feel pretty lousy. And I've had many dark thoughts as well.

Sometimes when you are sick and in bed, your mind wanders to thoughts of bad news. I would not worry as once you feel
better, your negative thoughts will disappear as quickly as they came. I hope you feel better soon.
