nervous wreck

so i basically went to the doctors after suffering 2 times from sinus infection that wouldnt go away i went there twice and now i went back today and i now have ear infections. yet im soo scared to take my ear drops that he said will work and are the safest ones he gave me yet im soo scared to take them. especially after i fight with my boyfriend it makes it hard for anything idk what to do please help me. :cry:

Well first you need to target why you are having this fear of the ear drops.

After that we need to discuss why you think you are having that fear.

You need to just keep telling yourself that these drops will make you feel better so you have to suffer anymore.

Try to be in a relaxed state when you have to use them. Avoid all negitivity. Do somthing like watch tv, a movie, or soothing music to get your mind off of it.

If you can do those things im sure it will help.

Get back to me about what you tihnk might be cause this fear Or what the exact fear is. What makes you scared to use them?

idk the fact that it might make me sick or i wont use them properly even if my parents help me put them in its just scary cause they are steroids
