Effexor and sexual side effects

I was just prescribed Effexor for my panin attacks. Low dose for the first week 37.5MG then i go right to 75mg. After the first night, first pill even I can no longer get an erection. 39 y/o male. I've had the same issue in the past with Lexapro. Controlling my disorder is priority #1, has anyone found any natural remedies for the sexual side effects of anti depressants? Maybe an anti depressant with less sexual side effects?

I took 25 mg Clompiramine (just 25!) and my penis couldn't flinch for two weeks. I eventually went on 50 and after about two months I could do it every other day or so. I think Prozac had the weakest sexual side effects for me.
