I'm new to the forum, I hope to make some friends :) I suffer from GAD, OCD and Panic Disorder since I'm about 12, I'm now 28 grr. Still battling OCD in particular. I also have several health phobias lol I hope everyone has a nice weekend!

Hi, I'm Ali, I am also new to these boards, I am 23 and suffer from OCD and health phobias. I have good and bad phases like everyone, I am currently going through a difficult time in my mind and have come on here to share my experiences and hopefully gain some support from others too ;-)
