Anxiety vs Panic

Hello!

I wanted to ask what is the diference between anxiety and panic attack?

I ask because the symptoms are very similar and i dont get wheres the diference,
can anyone explain it?? Thanks.

I would just say severity. It's the same thing really and I don't differentiate the two, other than how bad it is. I've just woken up and I'm anxious (as usual) but not panic stricken. With panic I can barely think straight and wouldn't even be able to respond on here.
