Kava?

Anyone have any experiences with kava to share? Is it any good?

No, not really. I hope someone else replies. I heard one person took it for sleep (I think) many years ago. I heard another report that it might contraindicate with prescription medications, or hurt the intestines, or something like that? Not sure. I'd be interested in someone else's experience.
