is there any medication that I can take over the counter for panic attacks
I have a benzo i take for panic attacks and that helps

Could try Kava Kava Tea, its a acquired taste, but you get used to it quickly. I used to find it helpful. For me, when if full blown panic attack, nothing worked like a benzo (Valium). I would say try to use it sparingly so as you don't become over dependent on the drug.
