Hey guys I have used magnesium for years. It is one of very few supplements I feel helps with my anxiety.

I take magnesium as well. I think most supplements are a waste of money but somehow I ended up deciding magnesium was worthwhile. I took a look at the bottle and it also has D3 and B6.

I take a multi, a b-complex and a d3 supplement because I hardly ever go outside anymore. I also take a Probiotic as well because I've read it can help combat damage done to the stomach from use of alcohol. Who really knows if its working, but ya know how it goes.

I definitely feel a quality magnesium supplement is worth looking into. I really like a product called natural calm. I also like an epsom salt bath when I have the free time
