Dear fellow anxious people,

After two years of anxiety, I managed to go out from it notably by meditation. It has been three weeks now I am in a quite stable state of mind.

Because I didn't found any relevant literature for my problem, I had to solve it myself. I think that reading about my experience may be beneficial for some other anxious people because it is related to the very basic mechanism of anxiety, its self consistency. When you start to be anxious about anxiety. I can say now that I found a quite stable way to go out of that circle.
