Hello everyone.
I am not sure how things happen here. I was glad to find such a place. I need a place where people share similar experiences with anxiety and share their trials and errors with ways of getting help, and just being there for each other.
My main two issues would be my claustrophobia and my panic disorder. I was checking if there are groups related to these issues but couldn't find any. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to form groups before I have 10 posts or more.
Glad to meet you all. I'm 31 years old. I'm a medical doctor, not practicing though, working with a humanitarian organization.
I hope I can reflect better on my life through being here, and I hope I can make good connections to help me with part of the support I need in my life.
