How do I know if it is simply anxiety or depression, or even bipolar disorder. I feel like Im going crazy. My poor poor Husband. I don't know how he deals with me.

Depression and anxiety are really close to being the same kind of thing, where you find one you may likely find the other. I'm not a doctor so I can't really tell you what the difference between the two is in certainty. Have you talked to somebody about it? What do they think? You can beat it!

Bipolar is a little different, one minute your happy and the next your angry or sad. Crying for no reason and anger for no reason everything is spontaneous and it's all ups and downs. Depression is pretty much constant and emptiness. It's horrible.

According to your question , I think you're still not yet diagnosed by a Psychiatrist , so you don't know about what actually are you having ? Maybe you wanna list down some of your symtomps ? so that we can share and see what can we understand ? as symtomps are the only thing that we can share it out through here to see what are u facing ..

But at the mean time , i hope you can relax yourself , exercise more.

Biploar disorder has periods on mania as well as depression. So if you're experiencing any manic episodes that would be a good tip off. I have GAD and panic attacks and I know that often times my depression is triggered my me being so sick of living with my anxiety. If you aren't sure which one you have, try and think of what your base problem is and if anything tends to influence the other. Obviosuly though, seeing a doc is your best bet.

Sorry to hear that your husband have been through this. Support him to get over it. Stress and depression are such disorders which most people suffer at some stage of there life for various reasons.
When stress and depression keeps coming to you every now then, you can term that condition as severe and in your husband's case what I can suggest is just support him and advice him to see a specialist, as only they can let you know the exact reason behind and a perfect solution.
I will pray for his speedy recovery. Best luck
