Hello everyone. Just wanted to say hey. I've dealt with depression and anxiety since I was 6. It's been a rocky road to say the least but I'm 43 now and I'm still standing. Been dealing with some recent anxiety due to alcohol withdrawal (going on 3 weeks sober). Living one day to the next in hopes of improvement. I've been supplementing my Zoloft with welbutrin the past few weeks and it's finally starting to make a difference. Still have that oh so familiar knot in my stomach, but it seems to be getting a bit better.
I welcome all comments or questions. As I've said, I have 37 years dealing with this on and off and I'm more than happy to assist in any way I can.
