Positive experiences with Prozac for anxiety?

I hear alot of mixed reviews about Prozac in regards to anxiety, but mostly bad.

I was wondering if there were any positive stories on how Prozac has helped and why?

It helped me a lot with my anxiety. The only problem was it increased my appetite and I gained weight. But I am now on Lexapro.

Hmm, i've always heard that it made people lose their appetite and lose weight. Thank you for sharing your experience and for the heads up : )
