Hi guys, I'm new to the world of forums that have to do with anxiety.
I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder around 2010, and got help for it for a while. Over the years I got better, but lately I've seem to hit a bit of a relapse, and am having trouble dealing with it. Worse is that my parents don't really understand anxiety disorders or how they work, so chances of getting help again seems rather slim.
And that is why I am here - to get advice from fellow sufferers who would understand what I am going through.
