My arms get this really annoying, throbbing ache, particularly at night. It's almost like when your circulation is cut off and then the blood rushed back too quickly.
Sometimes there's kinda a buzz in my fingers but it's not often.
Any one else had this before? It seems to mainly be at night which makes me think that it's likely anxiety related. When I get distracted it usually gets less intense/goes completely. But I'm wondering if it's partly fatigue or lack of vitamins.
Anyone had something similar?
