Been to the clinic, all went well, she told me what my stressers were and what we should work on. I will be starting group therpy near christmas once a week for 2 hours.
Just to learn to deal with stress, anxiety, panic.

I stopped smoking 4 days ago, and normally by 5pm i am climbing the walls stressed , deep breathing etc... i have not done that in 3 days, i feel great.
Clinic woman, said " smoking does in fact cause stress because your body is fighting against the bad chemicals in fags "

I am gaining control of my life...i think
I will no doubt have panic attacks still, and feel anxious,

I decided that smoking was doing damage, and i can see that at after 5 days i feel happier, healthier its amazing, i have made a list of all the negitives in my life such as people, places, my job.

I have cut down the hours i work and decided i need more me time.
The people who upset me, i have deleted from my mobile phone, and have decide 2 cut ties with.

Oh lots of changes coming my way. Diet, everything.

Including clinic help, so i should recover from anxiety.

So over time i dont want to have a panic attack everyday like i have been.

I am even going 2 try and join something as a hobby, and hopefully make new friends and try 2 travel more, without the fear of panicing.
