Hi,
So this has been happening for like three years, it all started out of nowhere in class
I have been swallowing loudly when I am with people I know such as friends and most of my family, I can prevent it sorta if I am on a train or going somewhere which I rarely do these days, it does not happen when I concentrate on something but I really want it to stop I also very rarely eat outside or with anyone, I have no fear of swallowing, simply the sound it makes. What you guys think.
This has made me to literally cut most contact with my friends, which is annoying..
