Thanks for the welcome Kirk, I must admit I don't stray too far from home when I run, I usually just do a few laps of Th local lake..:)

I've been doing a lot of cycling though. And sort of started doing Tai Cho (I say sort of of becasue I made a concious decision to go every week three weeks ago, but only managed to make it to one session so far as life sort of got in the way)

I tried to join a swim class a couple of weeks back but i wasn't allowed to join, running wasn't my first choice..lol

Oh...I'm sorry to hear that (personally I have a water phobia-so I'd more likely go running)

Running is ok, it gets a bit boring after a while though. I'm not keen on swimming in the ocean, but I love swimming in pools, I think I might have been a dolphin in a previous life!

Dancing is great too, I never have anyone to dance with though so I just let loose by myself at home, I probably look like a lunatic but I don't care..:D

I use a hairbrush as a microphone too..lol
