Ever since i was 12 i have been dealing with on and off depression, sometimes i can be happy for long periods of time and then suddenly i become depressed. I have always been a bit shy with social anxiety since i was young and i am a very unique person in terms of style and likes so that makes it even more difficult. At the age of 16 i began to develop really bad anxiety due to chronic pain and health issues. Ever since then i have not been able to shake any of these issues i am always worrying about my health, scared of getting sick, dying, bad things happening and always overthinking things. I have not had much help because it has always been hard for me to make friends and meet others with the same problem that can help and understand. I would like to have help because i would like to be happy again like i once was before i had this anxiety because it is making my life very difficult.
